Luxury, self catered, with plenty of pampering comforts, the house offers an open plan lounge and dining area with wood burning fireplace as well as a fully equipped, entertainer's kitchen. With accommodation for up to six guests, there are three bedrooms with a King, Queen and two singles as well as two full sized bathrooms. There is an expansive outdoor deck and entertaining area overlooking the tree tops and sweeping back lawn. An ideal luxury home for a family getaway or couples retreat.

Living & Dining
An open plan design with a wood fireplace to keep you warm (firewood included). You’ll find comfortable seating for six in both the lounge area and dining room. A large, curved screen HD TV with Foxtel & Netflix will keep you entertained and if that’s not for you a selection of popular board games are at your fingertips. A wireless bluetooth speaker and unlimited high speed WIFI will help keep you connected to the outside world (if you choose!)
Kitchen
The house has a fully equipped galley style kitchen with huge 90cm SMEG freestanding gas cooktop and oven, french door fridge and dishwasher. You’ll also find a quality Kitchenaid Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as all the pots, pans and utensils you’ll need to cook up a storm. We also provide you complimentary coffee pods & tea.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The main bedroom has a King sized bed and a 55" TV with Netflix, bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and a 55” TV with Netflix and bedroom 3 has two full sized Single beds. All beds are fitted with electric blankets and quality bed linen and extra blankets. Each room also has its own heating unit and fan. You’ll also find built in robes in each room.
Both bathrooms have heated floors, heated towel rails and endless hot water and quality, complimentary Australian made toiletries. Upstairs you’ll find a bathtub. You’ll also find a hairdryer and quality towels.
Outdoor Living
On the expansive verandah overlooking the property is an outdoor setting with seating for 6. You can enjoy watching the sun set whilst enjoying the native birds feeding in the trees that surround the house. Double glazing throughout the property will ensure you stay toasty warm in the Winter months. We also have off street parking for several vehicles with undercover spaces for two.
